About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead with 7+ years of experience to oversee, structure, and scale our strategic relationship operations. In this role, you will bridge high-level alliance strategies with seamless operational execution. You will be responsible for supervising task implementation, driving operational planning, delivering data-backed insights, and producing executive reporting to support overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Supervision & Execution: Lead and streamline the daily execution of strategic partnership workflows, ensuring all MoU deliverables and cross-organizational initiatives are met on time.Strategic Planning & Executive Reporting: Develop comprehensive operational plans, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular analytical reports and presentation decks for senior management.Data Insights & Recommendations: Analyze partnership metrics, evaluate alliance performance, and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize current partnerships and identify new growth avenues.Process Standardization & Governance: Establish and refine operational frameworks, governance models, and internal SOPs to ensure seamless alignment between internal departments (Legal, Finance, Product/Business) and external partners.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational escalation point for strategic partners, maintaining high-value relationships and managing joint operational risks effectively.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnership Operations, Account Management, or Corporate Strategy.Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of the Saudi business environment, corporate ecosystem, and strategic initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.Analytical & Reporting Proficiency: Strong expertise in gathering operational data, building executive-level reports, and delivering clear strategic insights to decision-makers.Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, cross-functional project management, and relationship-building capabilities.
