Combining AI, behavioral science, In-person human coaching, corporate wellness, and technology into one connected ecosystem.Primefit, is now evolving into a Wellness-Tech platform designed to help individuals and organisations build healthier lives through sustainable and scalable behaviour change model.As we enter our next phase, our focus is clear:Scale Primefit's subscription platform across the GCC and Southeast Asia while building one of the region's leading preventive healthcare companies.To help us get there, we're opening a limited number of Strategic Venture Partner opportunities.We're looking for experienced founders, operators, and executives who believe that the most valuable companies are built through long-term partnerships, not just capital.We're particularly interested in individuals with experience in any of the following:• Healthcare & Preventive Health• AI & Technology• Product & Consumer Platforms• Go-to-Market Strategy• Enterprise & B2B Sales• Corporate Wellness• Subscription Businesses & SaaS• Venture Building & Scale-upsSince launching in the UAE in 2023, we've moved well beyond the idea stage and built a business with real market validation.• Pre-seed round successfully closed with our first strategic partner in July 2025, providing the foundation for our next phase of growth. • Six-figure annual recurring revenue across our wellness and subscription businesses, with paying consumers, high ticket sales and in person services. • A multidisciplinary in-house team spanning product, engineering, AI, nutrition, operations, sales, and customer success, focused on building for long-term scale. • Years of market insights and behavioural data gathered through thousands of coaching interactions, helping shape the next generation of preventive healthcare.We're currently in a round and are looking to partner with individuals who can contribute strategically and, where there's mutual alignment, participate as long-term shareholders.This isn't a passive investment opportunity.We're looking for people who enjoy challenging ideas, opening doors, solving difficult problems, and helping build businesses that create meaningful impact at scale.If you're passionate about the future of preventive wellness and believe you can help shape the next chapter of Primefit, I'd love to start a conversation.Let's build something that improves millions of lives.
