Strategy & Business AnalystWe're partnering with our client, a leading professional services firm, to hire a Strategy & Business Analyst. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role supporting strategic business and product initiatives from concept through execution. You'll work closely with leadership, clients, and external partners to evaluate new opportunities, improve processes, and help bring innovative solutions to market.What You'll DoSupport the development and execution of strategic initiatives, helping move new concepts from ideation through implementationConduct market and competitive research to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support future business initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, coordinate projects, and drive key initiatives forwardManage multiple workstreams simultaneously, tracking timelines, priorities, and project milestonesDevelop clear business documentation, process maps, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing initiativesAnalyze existing workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performanceCollaborate with third-party vendors and strategic partners to support ongoing initiatives and new capabilitiesUtilize data and analytical insights to support business decisions and measure the impact of strategic initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, project management, or a similar roleStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating business documentation and presenting recommendationsExperience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools is a plusThe Equus Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
