We help medical practices reduce the administrative friction around benefits investigation, prior authorization, patient assistance, and pharmacy routing so care teams can spend less time on manual work and patients can start therapy faster.We work directly with provider organizations and are building the operating systems, analytics, and cross-functional processes needed to scale that impact across the country.About the RoleWe are hiring new team members into our Strategy & Operations team to help build how Squad operates as the company scales. You will work across leadership, Growth, Product, Clinical, and Operations on the highest-leverage business problems that do not sit neatly inside one function.This is a hands-on operating role. You will move between analysis and execution: identifying bottlenecks in operations and growth, breaking down a problem into root causes, analyzing data and creatively generating solutions, improving operations while implementing system-wide solutions to scale operations to service our growing customer base. Projects may include business planning, operating metrics, resource allocation and management, process redesign, product management, data analysis, and other cross-functional priorities.What You’ll OwnIdentify operational bottlenecks and redesign workflows so teams can move faster with clearer ownership and fewer manual handoffs.Partner with Product and Engineering to translate operational pain points into automation opportunities and better internal systems.Build and improve the operating cadence, metrics, dashboards, and reporting that give leadership a clear view of performance.Create clear models, decision memos, operating plans, and recommendations from incomplete or messy data.Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through recommendation, execution, and measurement.Support annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, market research, competitive analysis, and selected strategic projects.Bring structure to ambiguous problems, define the right success measures, and keep stakeholders aligned until the work is complete.What We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience across management consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth technology company.First-principles thinker with strong analytical judgment and the ability to work with imperfect data and identify the real driver of a problemResourceful: Translate analysis into action and figure out scrappy solutions where the answers are not obviousAction-Biased: High agency and comfort operating without a finished playbook.Systems-Minded: Identifies patterns in long-tail of problems and maps out step-change solutions.
