Strategy & Operations Intern

CEM Electromech, a fast-growing Pune-based electronics manufacturing company, is looking for an MBA intern to work directly with the Chief of Staff / Strategy function.This is a high-ownership research role. You'll work across:1) International Outreach for JVs and PartnershipsIdentify target industriesIdentify target geographiesIdentify target companies2) Strategic ProjectsAnalysis, research, concept notes and briefing documents3) Deal-Related Analysis and ResearchValuation multiples, sector benchmarking, M&A and investment landscape researchQualificationsCurrently pursuing MBA (Finance, Strategy, or General Management preferred)Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, ability to build clean, structured decks independentlyHands-on experience with research platforms: Private Circle, VCCEdge, Screener, Tracxn or similarWorking knowledge of capital markets, valuations, deal structures, financial ratios, sector analysisStrong business writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver structured outputs with minimal hand-holdingMust have own laptopIdeal fit: MBA candidate with sharp analytical skills and strong business acumen. Consulting / IB / Founder's Office experience preferred
