You will be part of a highly skilled team of consultants driving large-scale GBS transformations, ERP implementations, operating model development and finance organization design. You will be helping clients optimize their processes, governance, and technology enablement.#AboutYourRoleAs a Consultant in our Strategy & Organization Design team, you will contribute to strategy and transformation engagements, helping clients make better decisions about their businesses, functions and organizations.Your responsibilities will include:Work with senior project members to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives.Gather and analyze relevant information via stakeholder interviews, data analysis, benchmarking information and translate those into valuable insights.Creation of sections and/or entire reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables.Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders.Participating in client discussions and workshops, communicating insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.For more experienced Consultants, taking ownership of workstreams and supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring.#OurRequirementsKey QualificationsTo qualify for the role, you must have:Bachelor & Master in Business, Economics, Finance, Informatics, Computer Science, Supply Chain or similar course of study.1-3 years of relevant working experience.Strong analytical and strategic mindset.Capability to build business cases and perform analysis.Strong communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders, explain findings and recommendations clearly.Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, business cases, and presentations.Working experience in Consumer & Life Sciences sectors will be considered as a plus.Fluent in spoken/written English.Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.#WhoWeAreLookingForIndividuals who have a strong will to expand their knowledge of new technologies, a passion to grow within the company and aspirations for career growth.
