Strategy & Transformation Director

Our Client is seeking an experienced Director - Strategy & Transformation to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of Executive Management.This role requires an accomplished strategy professional with a strong background in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, investment analysis, financial structuring, and business case development. The successful candidate will partner closely with Executive Management to shape new initiatives, evaluate strategic opportunities, develop operating models, and drive implementation across complex organizations.The role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and requires the ability to convert strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic and special projects from problem definition through implementation and delivery.Develop business cases, financial models, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations.Assess new growth opportunities, operating models, and transformation initiatives.Support Executive Management with strategic analysis, decision support, and board-ready presentations.Conduct investment analysis, commercial due diligence, and financial assessments for new initiatives.Design and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs.Manage external consultants, advisors, and implementation partners.Develop strategic plans, feasibility studies, and implementation frameworks.Present recommendations and findings to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.Support the launch, growth, and scaling of strategic initiatives and ventures.Monitor project performance and ensure successful execution against defined objectives.RequirementsExperience10-15 years of professional experience.Minimum 6 years within a leading strategy consulting firm, including:McKinsey & CompanyBain & CompanyBoston Consulting Group (BCG)Big Four Strategy PracticesOther top-tier consulting firmsExperience at Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Principal, Director, Associate Partner, or equivalent level.Proven track record leading strategy, transformation, operating model, investment, or special project engagements.Extensive experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.Experience within GCC public sector, government, non-profit, or large transformation environments is highly preferred.EducationMBA from a leading international institution preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Technical ExpertiseCorporate StrategyBusiness TransformationInvestment AnalysisFinancial StructuringFinancial ModelingBusiness Case DevelopmentOperating Model DesignStrategic PlanningProgram ManagementBoard-Level CommunicationsExecutive AdvisorySkillsStrong financial and business acumen.Exceptional strategic problem-solving capabilities.Ability to develop executive-level presentations and board materials.Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.Outstanding PowerPoint, storytelling, and communication capabilities.Highly execution-focused and capable of working independently.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive strategic initiatives.Contract Duration: 12 Months - Extendable
