𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗬 & 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗬𝗦𝗧Matrix Private Limited is looking for a commercially minded and analytical Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our Strategic New Business Development team.The role will support strategic growth initiatives through market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, customer insights, commercial analysis, and strategic research. The successful candidate will help build the evidence base required for commercial strategy development, business case preparation, and evaluation of new growth opportunities.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• Conduct market intelligence using commercial databases and industry research• Monitor competitors, market developments, and emerging industry trends• Conduct customer discovery research and customer needs assessments• Support customer and market segmentation analysis• Perform market sizing and evaluate potential growth opportunities• Support the development of business cases and commercial assessments• Conduct route-to-market analysis for new business opportunities• Develop executive presentations, strategic dashboards, and management reports• Provide analytical and reporting support for Steering Committee discussions𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.💼 Experience: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience. A background in Consulting, Research, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Corporate Strategy will be preferred.The ideal candidate should possess strong market intelligence, commercial analysis, competitive benchmarking, and research capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/commercial modelling.
