This senior individual contributor role combines business strategy, analytics, operational planning, and execution to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable business outcomes.The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategic priorities, establish effective operating models, and lead initiatives that improve growth, conversion, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage structured business operating rhythms to surface insights, prioritise opportunities, and drive accountability for business outcomes.Analyse end-to-end business performance, customer funnels, and operational metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.Develop strategic recommendations by combining quantitative analysis, customer insights, market intelligence, and business judgement.Lead cross-functional planning processes that support quarterly and annual business priorities.Partner with go-to-market, sales, product, marketing, and operational teams to align priorities, ownership, and key results.Lead complex strategic initiatives from problem definition and stakeholder alignment through execution and performance measurement.Build scalable frameworks, operating mechanisms, and best practices to improve organisational effectiveness.Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Drive continuous improvement across business processes, performance management, and growth initiatives.Requirements8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, analytics, corporate strategy, or a related field.Proven ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous business challenges from analysis through execution.Strong analytical capabilities with experience synthesising complex data into clear insights and recommendations.Experience influencing senior executives and driving decisions across complex, cross-functional organisations.Demonstrated experience developing operating models, planning processes, performance frameworks, and business improvement initiatives.Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.Experience with business performance analysis, forecasting, and growth strategy preferred.
