This is a broad, highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong analytical horsepower with sound business judgment and the ability to move from strategy into execution.You’ll work closely with senior leadership and teams across the organization to tackle ambiguous problems, evaluate growth opportunities, improve business performance, and help drive critical initiatives from initial analysis through implementation.What You’ll DoOwn high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the businessEvaluate new products, markets, growth opportunities, and business initiativesBuild financial, operational, and analytical models to inform important decisionsTranslate complex data and analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadershipDevelop KPIs, dashboards, operating frameworks, and processes that improve performance and accountabilityPartner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, Growth, and other teamsIdentify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutionsDrive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable resultsBring structure and clarity to highly ambiguous problemsSupport longer-term strategic planning while remaining comfortable getting deeply involved in executionWhat We’re Looking ForThe strongest candidates will combine rigorous strategic and analytical training with genuine operating experience.We are particularly interested in candidates coming from:High-growth fintech, financial services, consumer finance, payments, lending, credit, or adjacent technology businessesVenture-backed or rapidly scaling technology companiesStrategy & Operations, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance, or similar internal rolesTop-tier management consulting combined with meaningful in-house operating experienceInvestment banking, private equity, growth equity, or other highly analytical environments when paired with clear operating exposureExperience within fintech or financial services is strongly preferred, particularly where candidates have worked on complex consumer, financial, regulatory, marketplace, payments, lending, or data-driven businesses. However, we are open to outstanding candidates from other industries who have operated in similarly complex, fast-moving environments.What Matters MostThis team is not looking for pedigree alone. You may have started your career in consulting, finance, investing, or another analytically rigorous environment, but ideally you have also spent time inside a company, where you have been responsible for execution and have lived with the results of your decisions.Candidates who have only advised external clients without meaningful implementation or operating ownership are likely to be less competitive.Likewise, this is not purely a corporate strategy position.
