GSG also draws on KPMG's deep functional expertise to work shoulder to shoulder with our clients through implementation and deliver targeted results by accelerating momentum, locking down value and de-risking both decision and action.GSG is ramping up its capabilities with top strategy consultants across key sectors to support its fast growth in the Middle East.Role Responsibility:• Own deliverables / areas of an engagements with minimal guidanceDeliver highest quality deliverables, insights and outcomes to clients, leveraging deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and innovative approachesContribute to the planning and day-to-day execution of engagements, including scope, resources and timelines to deliver timely deliverables and achieve required revenue and profitability targetsProvide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team membersContribute to business development activities including the development of proposals and thought piecesContribute to practice development initiatives and sector programsQualification:4-6 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or in relevant sectorsMBA from top tier business school or post graduate diploma in business, finance, economics from top tier universityExceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skillsStrong analytical and cognitive abilityCuriosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectivesEnglish (must) and Arabic (preferred) speakerUAE / Middle East experience will be a plusSector Experience:Public SectorTransport & LogisticsEnergy & Utilities
