We're Hiring: Strategy Consultant (Freelance Contract)Location: Dubai (Onsite)Contract: Initial 3-month freelance engagementStart Date: August 2026We're partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai that is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to support a high-impact institutional transformation programme.This role is ideal for professionals with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation who enjoy working closely with executive stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and drive implementation.What you'll be doing:Support the development of institutional strategy, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform strategic and academic decisions.Develop board-level presentations, executive briefing papers, and other high-quality deliverables.Coordinate with workstream leads, academic advisors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.Support the design, facilitation, and documentation of leadership workshops.Contribute to PMO governance, status reporting, dependency management, and overall programme execution.We're looking for candidates with:Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.Experience engaging with senior leadership and facilitating strategic workshops.Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management experience.Previous exposure to higher education, public sector, or institutional transformation is advantageous.Important:This is an onsite role based in Dubai.Candidates must already hold a valid UAE Golden Visa or equivalent work authorization.Visa sponsorship is not available.Know someone who'd be a great fit?
