About the RoleWe are looking for a Strategy Consultant to support strategic initiatives across political campaigns, elections, and public affairs projects. The role involves conducting research, analysing political and social trends, developing strategic insights, and working with cross-functional teams to build practical, data-driven solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct political, social, economic, and constituency-level research to support strategic decisions.Analyse data, public sentiment, electoral trends, and emerging issues to identify key insights.Develop strategic recommendations, narratives, and action plans based on research and analysis.Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and other strategic documents.Work closely with strategy, research, communications, creative, and digital teams across projects.Support campaign planning, project execution, and strategic problem-solving.Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Political Consulting, Business Research, Public Policy, or a related field.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of politics, current affairs, and socio-political issues.Ability to work with data and translate research into actionable insights.Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Key SkillsPolitical Strategy | Consulting | Research | Data Analysis | Problem Solving | Strategic Thinking | Political Research | Electoral Insights | Presentation | Stakeholder Management
