Strategy Consultant

We are currently supporting a leading Dubai-based organization in hiring a Strategy Consultant to support business growth, operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives.This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate strategy into execution from identifying business opportunities and improving processes to coordinating strategic projects and tracking performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies.Analyze market trends, business performance and operational data to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the business.Develop business plans, KPIs, frameworks and performance reports for senior leadership.Coordinate and oversee strategic and business-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timelines.Support product development and business initiatives from planning through execution.Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.Support change management and organizational improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy or a related field.5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, business operations, strategic planning or transformation.Strong experience in strategy development, process optimization and project execution.Proven experience managing or supporting strategic/business projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
