The role sits within the Project Management Office – Business Strategy function.Role PurposeDrive operational efficiency, support business planning, product development, and contribute to the organization’s long-term strategic objectives through structured execution and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport short- and long-term business strategy developmentAnalyze market trends, financial performance, and operational dataDefine and track KPIs with senior leadershipOperational ExcellenceIdentify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiativesDevelop standardized processes, policies, and frameworksBusiness & Project ExecutionLead day-to-day business planning activitiesSupport and monitor project execution within scope, budget, and timelinesStakeholder EngagementAct as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholdersSupport change management initiativesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Administration, or a related field5–7 year's experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project managementStrong capabilities in business strategy, process optimization, and executionLanguagesEnglish (mandatory)Second language is a plus
