Strategy Consultant (PMO)

A Dubai-based organisation is looking to hire a Strategy Consultant to drive strategic business planning, operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Planning & ExecutionDevelop and support short- and long-term business strategies aligned with organisational objectives Analyse market trends, financial performance and operational data to support strategic decision-making Partner with leadership to define, track and report on KPIs and business objectivesOperational Excellence & Process OptimisationIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity Develop and implement standardised business processes, policies and operational frameworks Lead and support process-improvement initiatives across cross-functional teamsBusiness Planning, Project Execution & Product DevelopmentLead operational planning initiatives and ensure alignment with wider corporate strategy Support product development, project planning, execution and performance monitoring Track project scope, timelines and deliverables, recommending corrective action where required Prepare strategic presentations, operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in business strategy, strategic planning, business operations, consulting or a similar role Current or recent experience within a consulting firm is essential Strong experience in business strategy development, operational excellence and process optimisation Exposure to product development and end-to-end project execution Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field Excellent English communication skills, strategic thinking and a polished, confident client-facing personality UAE-based candidates Apply now if your experience matches the above requirements.
