About MoqablahMoqablah is an outcome-driven career services company focused on helping professionals access relevant hiring opportunities through targeted employer outreach, executive-search engagement, and structured job-search execution.Unlike traditional career coaching platforms, Moqablah combines candidate positioning with direct market outreach, helping clients connect with recruiters, executive-search firms, and hiring decision-makers across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.Our model is built around measurable outcomes, disciplined execution, and a highly targeted approach to each client’s career search.Key responsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of Moqablah’s overall growth strategy.Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, partnerships, and service offerings.Analyze the recruitment, executive search, career services, and professional services markets to identify trends and opportunities.Develop business cases, market assessments, pricing approaches, and go-to-market plans.Review and improve Moqablah’s service delivery model and customer journey.Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, action plans, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps.Work closely with management on new products, packages, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.Monitor business performance and prepare management reports and recommendations.Support the development of internal processes, operating models, and performance frameworks.Lead selected strategic and operational projects from concept through implementation.Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities to strengthen Moqablah’s market positioning.Support partnership discussions with recruiters, executive-search firms, employers, and other relevant ecosystem players.Candidate profile12-15 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, transformation, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to independently structure and execute strategic projects.Strong commercial mindset and understanding of growth and business development.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.Experience in recruitment, HR, career services, professional services, or digital platforms is an advantage.Strong understanding of the Saudi market is preferred.Fluent English required; Arabic is highly advantageous.What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who combines consulting-style thinking with hands-on execution.
