Strategy Manager, Ads, METAP - GBS

ResponsibilitiesTikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.As our METAP business continues to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that shape business decisions.In this role, you’ll combine reliable reporting and strong data foundations with deeper analysis of business performance. You’ll work closely with business teams to understand the drivers behind KPI movements, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and deliver recommendations that support decisions at the pod level.You’ll also help build automation and AI-assisted workflows, creating more capacity for proactive analysis and forward-looking insights. This is an opportunity to influence how the business measures performance, understands its customers and products, and identifies opportunities for growth.Roles & Responsibilities- Own METAP data infrastructure, metric definitions, and a single source of truth for operating numbers- Deliver recurring performance reporting (daily / weekly / monthly / MBR) with stable cadence and clear ownership- Attribute revenue and KPI movements; run deep-dive analysis on drivers, risks, and exceptions- Build and scale automation and AI-assisted workflows for reporting, tracking, and routine analysis- Support product tracking, key-account tracking, and related operating views as needed- Partner with other GBS teams to introduce product, customer, and new analytical lenses into existing operating reviews- Provide daily support to the business and keep METAP coverage aligned on the same definitions and numbersQualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience in the Middle East, with solid understanding of regional market dynamics, business environment, and key industry trends.- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate actionable insights, and translate strategy into execution plans.- Strong business and numerical acumen, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making with a fact-based approach.- Fast learner with strong curiosity about the internet, technology, and digital advertising industries; able to ramp up quickly in new business contexts.- Experience in market sizing, competitive intelligence, or identifying growth opportunities across markets and business segments.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a high level of ownership and execution discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the advertising industry or a technology company, especially in roles involving strategy development, go-to-market planning, or strategic execution.- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for deeper data analysis, insight generation, and strategic recommendation development.- Demonstrated success in coordinating complex cross-functional projects and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.- Familiarity with digital advertising products, commercial models, and performance metrics across verticals such as Apps, Leads, Gaming, and Commerce.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
