Strategy Manager

We are seeking for our highly esteemed PIF Manufacturing Client a high-caliber Strategy Manager to drive corporate strategy, business transformation, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will play a critical part in translating long-term business objectives into executable plans while supporting major investment, growth, and operational excellence initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of Saudi Arabia's flagship industrial investments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy aligned with business objectives and Vision 2030.Drive strategic planning, annual business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and market expansion strategies.Build executive-level business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.Monitor strategic KPIs and present performance updates to executive leadership.Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide strategic projects.Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and HR to ensure strategic alignment.Support Board, Executive Committee, and shareholder presentations.Develop governance frameworks and strategic reporting mechanisms.Job Requisitions:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.MBA or Master's degree from a recognized university is highly preferred.8+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or Strategic Planning.Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, chemicals, energy, mining, or large-scale infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.Previous experience with PIF portfolio companies, giga projects, or leading consulting firms will be a significant advantage.Core Competencies:Corporate StrategyStrategic PlanningBusiness TransformationPMO & Strategic ExecutionFinancial ModelingBusiness Case DevelopmentExecutive Stakeholder ManagementInvestment EvaluationCorporate Performance ManagementMarket & Competitive IntelligenceGovernance & Strategy ExecutionAdvanced PowerPoint and ExcelData Analytics & Dashboard ReportingExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in English and Arabic
