قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجManager Strategy – Commercial Due Diligence Job Summary:As a Manager - Commercial Due Diligence Strategy, you will play a critical role in evaluating and analyzing potential investment opportunities for a company or private equity firm. You will be responsible for conducting commercial due diligence on target companies to assess their market position, competitive landscape, growth potential, and financial performance. Based on your analysis, you will provide strategic recommendations to support investment decisions and contribute to the overall business strategy of the company or private equity firm.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive commercial due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, competitor analysis, customer analysis, and financial analysis.Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive forces to assess the attractiveness and potential risks of target markets.Evaluate target companies' business models, revenue streams, customer base, and growth strategies to assess their market position and growth potential.Assess target companies' financial performance, including financial statements, key financial ratios, and valuation metrics, to evaluate their financial health and viability.Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support investment decision-making and strategic planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, legal, and executive leadership, to gather data and insights to inform due diligence findings and recommendations.Prepare detailed due diligence reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support investment decisions and contribute to the development of the overall business strategy of the company or private equity firm.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in commercial due diligence to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of due diligence processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial due diligence, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive market and financial analysis.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and competitive landscape.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.This job description outlines the general nature and key responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.
