About the RoleYou'll coordinate strategic and transformation programmes across Retail Banking, build KPIs/MI/dashboards for senior management, analyze business performance, and support the design of sales incentive frameworks — acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Strategy & Transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport development and execution of the Retail Banking strategy & transformation roadmapCoordinate multiple strategic/transformation programmes; track delivery, milestones, risks, and financialsBuild KPIs, dashboards, MI, and executive-level reports for senior managementAnalyze Retail Banking financial and business performance; recommend improvement actionsDesign and manage sales incentive plans and payout tracking toolsLead/support projects on cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiencyRepresent Strategy & Transformation in management committees and senior stakeholder forumsDeputize for the Head of Strategy & Transformation as neededWhat We're Looking For10–15 years in Banking, with strong Retail Banking exposureBackground in Strategy/Transformation, PMO, Business Management, or Performance ManagementMinimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership capacityProven stakeholder management with senior banking leadershipStrong financial/business analysis and executive reporting skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field
