You’ll work across campaign strategy, consumer insights, and messaging frameworks for a major Malaysian brand.This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic briefs, positioning, and campaign frameworksTranslate insights into clear narratives and creative directionWork with creative and media teams to align messaging across the funnelTrack campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations and reportsHelp craft presentations and brand storytelling decksWork with and manage the social media analysts outputManage client requests on social listening platforms by liaising with the client and the platform representatives.Coordinate with the media agency on paid media metrics and campaign impact.Incorporate and build necessary format and structure changes into the workflow.Evaluate campaigns against similar ones, monitor listening volumes, and provide analysis on campaign performance and drivers.Requirements5–6 years in strategy, planning, or brand consultingStrong understanding of consumer journey and telco categoryExcellent synthesis, writing, and presentation skillsCollaborative and data-awareStrong understanding of excel and social media analytics platformsWe appreciate your application and will be in touch with shortlisted candidates regarding next steps
