Strategy Manager (Ref: 197692)

IMMEDIATE START ROLEWe are seeking a high-calibre Strategy Manager to provide immediate support across annual planning, strategic initiatives and business performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the annual and strategic planning process, including senior leadership workshops, pre-reads and planning materials.Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking and commercial analysis.Support weekly business reviews, monthly performance updates and investor/board presentations.Support AI commercial use cases, including requirements definition, vendor coordination and implementation of AI-driven productivity initiatives.Work closely with senior stakeholders and deliver with minimal supervision.Requirements:Strong strategy consulting background; candidates from leading strategy firms preferred.Proven experience delivering strategy and operations projects with the ability to ramp up quickly.Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools such as Jira and Salesforce.Familiarity with GenAI platforms and AI vendor integrations is advantageous.Able to operate independently and make an immediate impact.
