We like to build, we thrive in ambiguity, and we turn data into direction and chaos into clarity.We are looking for exceptional operators who can move between strategy, data, and execution — and who are energized by problems that don't come with a playbook.You will join one of our high-growth AI portfolio companies and work closely with its executive leadership team to solve the problems that matter most as the business scales.We Could Have A Fit IfYou have experience in a senior Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role at a high-growth company — AND — ideally prior experience in management consulting or investment banking.You are often given the hardest problems to solve (fast) and can turn ambiguous questions into clear direction.You’re fluent in SQL, dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Mode), modeling, forecasting, and AI tools and use them daily. You’re comfortable working with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, and Perplexity.You know how to turn scattered business, product, and operational data into models, frameworks, dashboards, and insights that drive decisions.You’ve partnered with C-suite stakeholders to set priorities, pressure-test assumptions, and turn data into decisions and decisions into outcomes.You use AI tools and data automation to move faster, break bottlenecks, and create leverage.Python is a plus.You want ownership, accountability, and real impact, not a comfortable job.Compensation & BenefitsSalary and equity compensation, with equity compensation as a preferenceComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
