Strategy, Ops and Partnership - Associate

We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Founder’s Office - Strategy, Ops & Partnerships to support MedBird's business growth, B2B partnerships, product pipeline, vendor management, daily operations, and warehouse management. The role involves working closely with teams across strategy, operations, inventory, delivery, and process improvement. Job Location: Sultanpur / Chhatarpur, New Delhi Key Responsibilities ● Drive business expansion, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives. ● Identify and manage B2B partnerships and key accounts, including client acquisition, relationship management, negotiations, and escalations. ● Manage medicine delivery operations, including a team, delivery TAT, service quality, and issue resolution. ● Oversee warehouse and inventory operations across SAAOL centres, including stock movement, reconciliation, expiry management, and inter-centre transfers. ● Coordinate monthly medicine requirements, procurement, and vendor fulfilment for centres. ● Act as the SPOC for MARG software across MedBird, managing inventory, reports, user coordination, troubleshooting, and system processes. ● Analyse business and operational data to generate MIS, reports, and actionable insights. ● Manage and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business and operational requirements. What We're Looking For ● Proactive, Quick Learner and Strong Analytical Skills ● Task Management, Operations / Execution oriented person ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external), vendors and key accounts ● Minimum Work Experience: 2 years in Founder Office / Strategy / Operations / Execution Role ● Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience or education in Healthcare / Pharma Why this role?
