The role is responsible for producingpolicy, strategy, and market research that supports senior decision-making, thoughtleadership, and long-term positioning. The position suits an individual contributor withstrong analytical, research, and stakeholder engagement capability.Responsibilities• Establish and shape the mandate, research agenda, and operating approach foran infrastructure-focused think tank function.• Conduct research on infrastructure trends, competitiveness, policydevelopments, market dynamics, and strategic positioning.• Produce policy papers, benchmarking studies, white papers, strategic briefs, andrecommendation reports.• Monitor local, regional, and global developments relevant to infrastructure,logistics, trade, investment, regulation, and economic competitiveness.• Build research frameworks, intelligence repositories, and insight tools to supportevidence-based decisions.• Translate complex research into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.• Engage with external stakeholders such as regulators, industry experts,investors, consultants, and research institutions.• Support strategic narratives thought leadership content, speeches, and briefingmaterials for leadership engagements.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, Economics, Business, International Relations,Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in strategy, policy, research, consulting, infrastructure, ora related field.• Strong experience in developing research-based reports and recommendationsfor senior stakeholders.• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
