STRETCH THERAPISTJOB DESCRIPTION | ALYNERole PurposeHelp patients improve mobility, flexibility, and muscular function through personalised assisted stretching and muscle work, while creating an exceptional patient experience.Reporting & Team StructureReports to the Clinic Manager and works closely with the Chiropractors and Clinical Assistants to support Alyne's structured patient care approach.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalised, hands-on assisted stretching and mobility sessions.Perform muscle release techniques and stretching within approved clinical protocols and professional scope.Support patients in improving flexibility, movement, and muscular function.Work collaboratively with Chiropractors to complement patients' individual care plans when required.Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment.Create an exceptional patient experience through warm, attentive, and professional care.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field.Previous hands-on experience in assisted stretching, mobility training, or muscle work.Good understanding of anatomy, muscle groups, and human movement.Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.Clinical ApproachComfortable performing hands-on muscle work and assisted stretching.Familiar with stretching techniques such as static, dynamic, and PNF stretching.Able to follow Chiropractor-directed care plans and established clinical protocols.Willing to learn and adapt techniques to Alyne's clinical approach.Understands professional boundaries and works within their qualifications and authorised scope.Skills & AttributesWarm, personable, and confident interacting with patients.Strong communication and a patient-first mindset.Physically capable of performing hands-on stretching throughout the working day.Team-oriented and comfortable working in a structured clinical environment.Culturally respectful and adaptable to local norms.Open-minded, professional, and willing to learn and adapt.Preferred QualificationsExperience in assisted stretching.Knowledge of PNF stretching and myofascial techniques.Experience working with a diverse patient population.Previous experience in a stretch centre, chiropractic clinic, or multidisciplinary clinic.Career ProgressionWe believe in promoting from within wherever possible.
