Location: Coronado, CA 92155 (NAB Coronado)Clearance: Active SecretPosition Type: Full-time Period of Performance: Through 30 March 2027Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearResponsibilitiesIncluding, but not limited to:Provide Visit, Board, Search and Seizure / Maritime Interdiction Operations (VBSS/MIO) instruction to Special Boat Teams operating within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community.Assist with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the Inter-Deployment Training Cycle (IDTC).Assist with liaison support with NSWG-4 and other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.QualificationsMinimum of five years' experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E.

SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons.Five years' experience as a Navy/NSW Instructor. Instructors support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling and planning, and classroom instruction.Two years' experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.
