As a Structural Engineer, you will take the lead on structural design and analysis for building construction projects, carry out site visits and inspections to safeguard structural integrity throughout, and provide hands-on technical support during construction to resolve any structural issues that arise.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage structural design and analysis for building construction projects.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Review and approve detailed structural drawings and calculations.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the structural integrity of ongoing projects.Oversee the preparation of reports, technical documentation, and progress reports.Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes throughout the construction process.Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any structural issues that arise.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in structural engineering within the contracting sector, specifically in building construction.Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD Pro).Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
