Its collaborative approach combines architecture and engineering to support clients from concept design through project completion.Role Description The Structural Engineer - G+ Unlimited will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural systems for buildings and developments in line with UAE codes and authority requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed structural analysis and calculations, preparing design reports, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, and reviewing drawings and models for constructability and compliance. The role involves liaising with local authorities for approvals, supporting site teams with technical queries, and resolving design-related issues during construction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design for various building projects.Prepare structural calculations, drawings, reports, and technical documents.Develop and review structural designs in accordance with applicable UAE codes and standards.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and other project team members.Prepare and coordinate Dubai Municipality submissions and approvals.Review shop drawings, structural details, and technical submissions.Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations when required.Identify and resolve structural and site-related technical issues.Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and required standards.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.Valid Dubai Municipality approval for G+ Unlimited buildings is required.Minimum 5+ years of relevant structural engineering experience, preferably within an engineering consultancy.Strong experience in structural design and analysis.Good knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality requirements, and relevant international standards.Proficiency in structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD.Experience with Dubai Municipality submissions and approvals.Strong technical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.How to ApplyInterested candidates may apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV to info@tresconsultancy.com
