🚢 We’re Hiring: Structural Engineer II | Vancouver, WAVigor Marine Group is seeking a Structural Engineer II to support vessel structural design, analysis, CNC lofting/nesting, and production integration for our Marine Fabrication programs.What You’ll Do:• Design vessel structures and produce models, drawings, and BOMs• Perform structural analysis and CNC lofting/nesting• Support fabrication and installation teams throughout construction• Evaluate non-conformances and resolve structural engineering issues• Coordinate with planners, weld engineers, and production leads• Ensure compliance with ABS, USCG, NAVSEA, AISC, CFR, ABYC, IEEE and other standards• Support weight, stability, and structural integration assessments• Participate in sea trials and support estimators during project planningWhat You Bring:• BS in an engineering discipline required; Bachelors in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering preferred• Ship Constructor experience preferred• Familiarity with ABS standards• Five (5) years of marine experience required; vessel design and construction experience preferred• Experience with CFR, Classing Society rules, ABYC, IEEE, and military contracts preferred• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino• Ability to solve complex structural issues in a shipyard production environment• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skillsPay: $112K–$122KLocation: Vancouver, WAJoin a values‑driven team shaping the future of marine fabrication.
