engineering strategy, design management, technical coordination, structural analysis, engineering review, design optimization, constructability, BIM coordination, technical compliance, consultant CandidateThe successful candidate should have extensive experience in Structural Engineering, Structural Design Management, Building Structures, Infrastructure Engineering, Structural Consultancy, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.The candidate should demonstrate:Proven experience leading structural engineering teams on major buildings, infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise, or complex structural projects.Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, composite structures, precast systems, and other relevant structural systems.Extensive experience in structural analysis, design, engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reviews, and design management.Strong understanding of applicable structural codes and international engineering standards.Experience managing structural design through feasibility, concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, construction, and closeout stages.Strong experience with structural design reviews, independent checking, peer review, technical assurance, and engineering QA/QC.Experience managing structural engineering consultants, specialist subcontractors, fabricators, and external technical partners.Strong understanding of structural constructability, construction sequencing, temporary works, site conditions, erection methodologies, and structural safety.Experience with BIM, structural modeling, clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, and digital engineering.Familiarity with structural-analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla, Revit, or equivalent platforms.Experience with high-rise, long-span, complex, or technically challenging structures is advantageous.Experience with structural assessment, strengthening, rehabilitation, or existing-building engineering is advantageous.Experience with seismic, wind, dynamic, nonlinear, finite-element, or advanced structural analysis is advantageous.Experience with value engineering, structural optimization, constructability reviews, lifecycle engineering, and embodied-carbon reduction.Experience supporting procurement, tender evaluation, subcontractor technical reviews, shop drawings, material submittals, and construction-stage engineering.Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC construction practices, engineering regulations, authority requirements, environmental conditions, and structural design considerations is advantageous.Relevant degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional registration or chartered status such as PE, CEng, SE, or equivalent is highly desirable.Membership of professional institutions such as IStructE, ICE, or equivalent is advantageous.Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder-management, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to communicate complex structural engineering concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to balance structural safety, technical performance, constructability, cost, schedule, sustainability, and client requirements.Ability to manage multiple engineering projects,
