Team members work in a dynamic environment focused on reliability, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.Role Description Structure Technicians at AMES perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft nacelles and aerostructures components in an on-site facility located in Dubai. In this full-time role, team members carry out structural inspections, damage assessments, disassembly, repair, reassembly, and functional checks in accordance with approved technical documentation and safety procedures. The position involves using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and specialized equipment to perform structural repairs, modifications, and adjustments. Structure Technicians collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and supervisors to ensure timely turnaround of components and accurate reporting of work performed. The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, completing job cards and maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in aircraft structural repair, including sheet metal work, composite repairs, and structural assembly.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and engineering documentation.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments relevant to aerostructures maintenance.Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.Relevant technical diploma or vocational qualification in aircraft maintenance, aerostructures, or a related field.Previous experience in MRO or aerospace manufacturing is highly beneficial; experience with nacelles or aerostructures is a plus.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, follow shift schedules, and adapt to operational needs.
