Student Advisor

Company: Zenith works with students, schools, and universities. We advise students on the path from self-discovery to the right university and career, we equip schools with the tools and support to guide their own students, and we help universities reach the right partner schools. We pair human guidance with technology we build in-house, working across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond, and we have placed 550+ students, every one of them in one of their top three choices.This role sits on the student side of that work, and we're looking for a counselor who wants the deepest, most rewarding version of it: fewer students, far more time with each one, and a framework built to get them to the right outcome.Role:You'll guide a batch of around 25 to 30 students through Zenith's framework, Orientation, Application, and Execution.• Orientation: you get to know each student deeply and help them understand who they are, the industries and careers ahead of them, and the degrees that fit before a single school is on the list.• Application: you build the strongest possible application package with them, from strategy to essays to submission.• Execution: you carry them across the finish line, through offers, final decisions, and the move to university.Every student you manage is yours end to end, and the standard is high the whole way through.Details:• Remote, with the flexibility and global reach that come with working across our student base• Full-timeWhat you'll bring:• At least 2 years guiding students through international university applications• A track record you're proud of, ideally as a school counselor ready for a bigger challenge and bigger growth• Real ethics and extremely high standards: you do right by every student and family, every time• A future-driven mindset, with genuine curiosity about the careers, industries, and skills that will matter over the next decade• Comfort with technology and AI tools, which is a real plus at a tech-driven company• Warmth, clarity, and the ability to earn the trust of students and parents quickly++ Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, French, Hindi or Mandarin is a plus!If that sounds like you, send your CV to hello@zenith-education.co
