Job DescriptionSupport and monitor the learning journey of students with special educational needs (SEN) in their university preparation program, including scheduling, administrative coordination, and learning progress tracking, both online and offline at partner institutions.Ensure students' learning activities are aligned with their individualized learning plans and program objectives.Maintain active communication with students and parents regarding learning progress, assignments, university preparation activities, and required documentation.Provide appropriate guidance, instructions, and learning support tailored to each student's unique needs and characteristics to help them successfully complete their academic tasks and projects.Assist students during learning sessions, mentoring activities, and project-based assignments in collaboration with the curriculum and academic teams.Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of student support programs and learning initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Special Education, or other relevant fields.Experience in teaching, mentoring, counseling, or supporting teenagers, particularly students with special educational needs (experience gained through internships, volunteering, or university activities is welcome for fresh graduates).Strong interest in working with adolescents and supporting students with diverse learning needs.Good command of English, both written and spoken, for daily communication.Demonstrated interest in higher education preparation, student development, or educational counseling.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Patient, empathetic, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with students, parents, and internal teams.Willing to work in a hybrid setting (Jabodetabek area), combining remote work with occasional visits to partner schools and educational institutions to support student learning and program activities.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
