Jomla focuses on convenience, variety, and competitive pricing to support customers’ daily operations and household needs.Role Description The Student Assistant role at Jomla is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. In this role, the Student Assistant supports daily operations, including helping manage orders, updating product information, and coordinating with the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role may include customer support tasks such as responding to inquiries, assisting users with the app, and escalating issues when needed. The Student Assistant will also help with basic data entry, organizing documentation, and contributing to small projects that improve workflows and customer experience. This position offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations and the wholesale grocery market.Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and colleagues.Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile apps, spreadsheets, and online platforms.Attention to detail for data entry, product listings, and order tracking.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and follow established processes.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Current enrollment in a university or recent graduate, preferably in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.Interest in e-commerce, retail, or food and grocery markets is beneficial.
