1122 is a learning environment designed to develop builders by immersing learners in real problems rather than predefined courses or tutorials. Participants are expected to understand challenges, identify what they need, use available tools, build and test solutions, defend their decisions, and learn from peers. AI is integrated into the environment as a support for deeper understanding, not as a shortcut. The experience begins with Sahara, an intensive selection phase, followed by a Common Core focused on computing fundamentals, systems thinking, programming, algorithms, software engineering, AI-assisted building, and complex projects.
