AEC is committed to fostering partnerships with international educational institutions and supporting students in accessing diverse academic opportunities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor, based in Karachi. The Student Counsellor will provide professional guidance to students in selecting and applying to universities, assist with career counselling and academic pathway decisions, and conduct pre-departure sessions. The role involves consistent communication with students, parents, and academic institutions, offering personalised advice and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with partner universities and collaborating with the team to promote services.QualificationsProficiency in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to provide expert guidance on education pathways and career planning.Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engage effectively with students, parents, and institutions.Customer Service experience to deliver a professional and supportive counselling experience for students.Knowledge or expertise in the Education sector to provide informed advice on academic and career opportunities.Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in student counselling or educational consultancy is advantageous.
