Team members work in a dynamic, student-centric environment that values transparency, ethical counseling, and measurable outcomes for learners.Role Description As a Student Counsellor at Admissify Edutech, you will provide one-on-one guidance to students on course selection, university options, and study destinations based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. You will conduct counseling sessions, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress. The role involves coordinating with alumni advisers, immigration experts, and faculty to ensure students receive comprehensive and consistent advice. You will support students through application and documentation processes, follow up on leads, participate in information sessions or seminars, and contribute to improving counseling tools and materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.Qualifications Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand academic profiles and career aspirations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and clarity in explanations.Organizational and administrative abilities, such as maintaining records, managing follow-ups, and handling multiple student cases.Basic knowledge of overseas education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements (training support can be provided).Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and office software for documentation and student management.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, or counseling is an advantage.Previous experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education services is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, maintain professional ethics, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
