Daily responsibilities include assessing student needs, conducting guidance sessions, explaining course and institution options, and supporting students through application and admission processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up with students and families, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality counseling services. The Student Counsellor will handle inquiries professionally, offer clear information, and participate in outreach or information sessions when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.QualificationsStrong skills in Student Counseling, with the ability to provide tailored guidance to diverse learners.Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening, clear spoken and written communication, and interpersonal skills.Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust with students and families, and ensure a supportive experience.Knowledge of the Education sector, including academic programs, admission processes, and study options in abroad.Any bachelor’s degreeAbility to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up.Proficiency with basic computer applications and online communication tools; prior experience in student or academic counseling is preferred.
