Student Counsellor – Study Abroad (Europe)

We support students and families in achieving their international education goals and exploring migration and settlement pathways through professional guidance and personalised support.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, full-time Senior Student Counsellor to join our team at our Dehiwala office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in overseas education counselling, particularly for European destinations such as Germany and Finland, as well as Canada, Australia, and the UK.Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on university and course selection based on their academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
• Manage end-to-end student applications, admissions, and documentation.
• Guide students through student visa requirements and application procedures.
• Liaise with universities and relevant institutions to facilitate admissions.
• Maintain strong student relationships through professional guidance, timely follow-ups, and ongoing support throughout the application journey.Requirements
• Proven experience in overseas education counselling.
• Mandatory experience in student applications and visa processing for Europe, Australia, Canada, and the UK.
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions and student visa requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong student relationship management and follow-up abilities.
