The firm supports students with university admissions and study visa processing across more than 10 countries. With a student-centered approach, Study Ways Consultants connects Pakistani students to high-quality international educational opportunities. The team specializes in guiding students toward top universities in destinations such as the UK, France, Hungary, Italy, Germany, Cyprus, and other European and selected Asian countries.Role Description The Student Counselor will provide individualized guidance to students seeking admission to international universities and support them throughout the study abroad process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing academic and career interests, advising on suitable programs and destinations, and assisting with application and documentation requirements. The role also involves coordinating with partner institutions, responding to student and family inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of counseling activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Study Ways Consultants head office in Rawalpindi.Qualifications Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners toward appropriate academic and career pathways.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.Solid understanding of Education systems, international admissions processes, and study visa requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Prior experience in academic advising, student services, or education consultancy is highly preferred.Ability to work in a structured on-site environment, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Proficiency in English and Urdu; additional language skills relevant to study destinations are beneficial.Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to student-focused service.
