The company is committed to excellence, transparency, and personalized guidance to help students make informed decisions about their higher education and global pathways.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Counselor role based in Dubai. The Student Counselor will provide individualized guidance to students on academic pathways, study abroad options, and suitable universities and programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, advising on admission requirements, and supporting students through application, documentation, and visa processes. The role involves coordinating with international university partners, staying updated on global education trends, and sharing accurate information on scholarships, entry criteria, and program offerings. The Student Counselor will also respond to inquiries, deliver presentations or information sessions, maintain detailed student records, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service and student satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in choosing suitable academic and career pathways.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.Candidates should possess solid understanding of Education systems, preferably with exposure to international higher education and study abroad processes.Candidates should possess proficiency in maintaining organized records, managing multiple student cases, and using digital tools or CRM systems for tracking applications.Relevant Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in counseling or student advising are an advantage.Prior experience in educational consulting, university admissions, or student advisory roles, ideally within the UAE or international education sector.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate within a multicultural team, and uphold high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and service quality.Strong English language skills required; additional language abilities (such as Hindi or other major languages) are beneficial.Applicants from India are welcome to apply
