The Student Counselor will guide prospective and current learners on course selection, career pathways, and academic progression, ensuring that individuals make informed decisions aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, maintaining student records, coordinating with faculty and administration, and supporting admission and orientation processes. The role also involves addressing learner concerns, providing continuous academic and career support, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners in academic and professional decision-making.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, families, and internal teams.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education practices, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related fields.Relevant experience in academic advising, student services, or counseling in an educational institution is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or a related discipline is preferred; counseling certifications are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and use basic office and communication software.
