The Student Counselor will meet with students and families, assess their needs and aspirations, and recommend suitable education and career options. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting students through application processes and required documentation. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in outreach or information sessions, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all students and visitors.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Education-related skills to guide learners through academic choices and study options.Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students explore career paths and align education plans with long-term goals.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, respectfully, and professionally with students and families.Candidates should ideally have experience in educational consultancy, academic advising, or related roles.Candidates should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Chandpur District and collaborating within a team-based environment.A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in Bangla and English, both spoken and written, will be beneficial.
