Student Counselor

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective parents and students to understand their needs and goals.Conduct consultations and recommend suitable coaching programs.Follow up with inquiries and guide families through the enrolment process.Coordinate student evaluations, trial sessions, and onboarding activities.Build strong relationships with parents and serve as their primary point of contact.Monitor student progress and communicate relevant updates to parents.Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrolments, and student information.Collaborate with coaches and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.Contribute to enrolment and retention targets through proactive relationship management.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala and Tamil are added advantage).Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Confidence in speaking with parents, students, and prospective clients.Good organizational and administrative skills.Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively.A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.Previous experience in customer service, education, counselling, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage.
