Student Engagement Officer

APIIT Sri Lanka is seeking a committed and student-focused Student Learning Engagement Officer to join our Academic Administration team and support students in strengthening their academic engagement, attendance and overall learning experience.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an individual who is:Passionate about student engagement, retention and success.An excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students.Empathetic, approachable and able to understand and respond appropriately to different student needs.Confident in conducting student meetings and follow-ups.Strong in problem-solving, research, analysis and reporting.Able to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.Highly organised and committed to maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.Experienced in a higher education environment or student support role would be an advantage.Entry QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Psychology (BSc Psychology) or an equivalent qualification.Experience in student support, counselling, academic administration or a higher education environment would be an added advantage.
