The mentor will guide students in academic planning, skill development, and career readiness, including regular one-on-one check-ins and group mentoring sessions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring student progress, supporting learners with study strategies, coordinating on student concerns, and facilitating workshops on communication, leadership, and professional behavior. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing timely feedback, and helping students navigate placement preparation, interviews.

Location: Manjeri, MalappuramSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per monthExperience: 1-2 experience preferredJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In personJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SRC Mentor – to mentor and guide students through practical learning and skill development in the field of Operations, Payroll, Branding and Storytelling.Key Responsibilities* Mentor and guide students in Business Management-related practical activities.* Provide practical exposure to business operations and processes.* Support students in developing professional, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.* Conduct practical learning and skill development activities.* Guide students in applying their knowledge to real-world business situations.* Support students in developing workplace readiness and professional discipline.Qualifications* Master’s in Operations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.* Relevant industry or mentoring experience preferred.* Good knowledge of business operations and processes.* Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to guide and motivate students.Strong mentoring and counseling skills, with the ability to guide students through academic, personal, and career-related challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse learners.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student needs, maintain documentation, and coordinate activities efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, administrative staff, and placement teams to support student success.Comfort with basic digital tools for communication, record-keeping, and online learning support.Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for all students.
