The company focuses on improving how research is consumed, analyzed, and applied by students, academics, and professionals.Role Description The Student Research Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the assistant will support research activities by reviewing academic papers, organizing references, and summarizing key findings within the Atlas Workspace platform. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature searches, assisting with data collection and basic analysis, preparing visual representations of research insights, and maintaining accurate documentation. The assistant will collaborate with the research team to test and refine product features, provide feedback on usability, and help develop educational materials or examples that showcase effective research workflows. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely completion of assigned tasks, and active participation in team meetings and discussions.Qualifications Strong Research and Analytical Skills to review literature, identify key insights, and synthesize information effectively.Proficient Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for summaries, documentation, and collaboration with team members.Foundational Data Analysis and Laboratory Skills (where applicable) to support basic experimental or empirical work and interpret results.Ability to work accurately with complex information, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records of research activities.Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., science, engineering, social sciences, information science, or related fields).Comfort with digital tools and platforms for research management; familiarity with reference managers or research software is an advantage.Demonstrated curiosity about academic research and interest in improving how research is understood and communicated.
