Student Services & Sales CoordinatorLanguage School - Customer Experience, Course Enrolment & Student ServicesReporting to: School Manager/Regional Development ManagerLocation: BSC Kuwait - Sanabil Tower, Kuwait CityWorking Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm, Sunday to ThursdayOccasional evening or weekend work may be required to support school events or activities, with prior agreement between the School Manager and the employee.OverviewThe Student Services & Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school while ensuring an excellent experience for students and visitors. This position combines student support, administrative coordination, and sales engagement. The role is responsible for welcoming students and visitors, assisting with course enquiries, supporting the organisation of classes and activities, and actively promoting the school’s courses and services to prospective and current students.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Services & Administration• Welcoming students and visitors to the school and acting as the main point of contact for enquiries.• Providing clear and friendly information about courses, schedules, and school services.• Supporting the organisation and coordination of lesson timetables, workshops, and other school activities.• Assisting with the administration of course bookings and maintaining accurate student records.• Supporting the efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the school.• Assisting with the collection of outstanding payments from students as advised by the School Manager• Ensuring students receive a positive and professional experience throughout their time at the school.• Completing any other duties related to student services and administration as assigned by the School Manager.Sales & Student Recruitment Support• Actively promoting available courses, products, and services to walk-in enquiries and current students.• Understanding student needs and recommending appropriate courses, add-ons, or services such as private lessons, exam preparation courses, or workshops.• Supporting the conversion of enquiries into enrolments by providing an excellent first impression and clear guidance.• Following up with prospective students and enquiries when required.• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and offers and communicating them effectively to students and visitors.• Participate in local marketing activities, including occasional events, fairs, and promotional photos/videos.• Assisting with the creation of basic photo and video content during classes, workshops, and events to support the school’s social media presence and student engagement activities.Skills & Requirements• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken).• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Confident speaking with prospective students and promoting courses.• Good organisational and administrative abilities.• Ability to work independently and take initiative.• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.• Customer-focused, proactive, and professional attitude.• Fast worker, who works well under pressure.• Self-motivated, punctual, and highly organized.• Transferable Visa.Please note that only applications submitted via LinkedIn will be considered.
